On 21st July 2023, The Red Lion in Gravesend hosted a charity gig to raise money for 2 fantastic charities.
The Pickering Cancer Drop-In Centre and Diabetes UK are charities close to the bands heart – having personal experience with both.
The gig saw the return of a local Gravesend band: The Startover – who hadn’t played together live in over 10 years. Along with friends; Pedestrian Zero, One Day Elliott and 3dBs Down, it was a special night for everyone involved.
Through ticket sales and very generous donations, the bands raised over £1,000, which is a fantastic end to a brilliant night.
We happily donated to the cause and hope the money can make a real difference.
